OVERVIEW

The Sales Representative, Sports Fundraising & Custom Orders serves as a key growth driver for Cubix Outdoors, supporting the expansion of both its youth sports fundraising program and national custom cooler business. This role is responsible for building and managing a new Dallas-Fort Worth territory while also serving as the primary point of contact for inbound custom order opportunities across the country. By combining field-based business development with national sales support, the Sales Representative helps drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and establish scalable processes for two of the company's fastest-growing sales channels.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative is accountable for generating new fundraising partnerships, managing custom order opportunities from inquiry through close, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. This position requires strong relationship-building skills, sales acumen, organizational discipline, and a high level of responsiveness, with a focus on driving territory growth, increasing conversion rates, and supporting the long-term expansion of Cubix Outdoors' fundraising and custom branding programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Develop and grow Cubix Outdoors' youth sports fundraising program throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market by identifying, prospecting, and securing new partnerships with schools, athletic programs, booster clubs, and sports organizations.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the Cubix brand within the assigned territory, conducting in-person meetings, delivering product demonstrations, participating in community and sporting events, and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for fundraising opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and successful program launch.
  • Own and manage inbound custom cooler inquiries from customers nationwide, ensuring timely response, qualification, quoting, follow-up, and order conversion.
  • Create customer-facing product mockups and proposals using approved templates and branding assets to support sales conversations and drive customer engagement.
  • Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and order documentation while ensuring customer requirements, artwork specifications, production timelines, and delivery expectations are clearly communicated and documented.
  • Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and operations teams to facilitate sample requests, custom order execution, quality control, and on-time fulfillment.
  • Provide ongoing support to fundraising organizations and custom-order customers throughout the sales and fulfillment process to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize repeat business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, prospect, activity, and pipeline records within the company CRM, ensuring visibility into sales performance and opportunity progression.
  • Monitor key sales performance metrics, market trends, customer feedback, and business development opportunities, providing recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and business growth.
  • Partner with leadership to identify process improvements, overcome obstacles, and support the continued growth and scalability of both the fundraising and custom cooler programs.

Education/Experience/Additional Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, fundraising, customer service, or related experience required.
  • Experience developing new business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Experience building relationships with customers, community organizations, schools, athletic programs, or similar groups preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications to track sales activity and manage customer information.
  • Experience preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, or other customer-facing sales materials preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability and responsiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Ability to create professional sales presentations, proposals, and product mockups using approved company tools and templates.
  • Travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market for customer meetings, events, and business development activities required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and transport product samples and marketing materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
